Step 1 | Open a securities investment account (SIA)

• All non-national investors are required to open a Securities Investment Account (SIA) with any Licensed Commercial Bank in Sri Lanka, to invest in securities except for investments in Mutual Funds.
  However, it is recommended that Non-resident investors open a SIA when investing in Mutual Funds for easy repatriation of capital and income from investments.

Step 4 | Transfer funds to SIA

Transfer the amount you wish to invest to your SIA.
Please inform NDB Wealth by email/fax of the fund transfer details for easy execution of investments.

Step 1 | Authorization to NDB Wealth Management to effect investment instruction from SIA

• Please provide a letter of authorization to NAWM in order to effect the investment to various NDB Wealth Funds (Mutual Funds) from SIA or
• You could directly instruct the Sri Lankan Bank where the SIA is opened to transfer funds to a NDB Wealth Collection Account at the National Development Bank PLC when you wish to invest:

• Please forward your withdrawal instruction by fax/e-mail to NDB Wealth Management.
  (For easy withdrawal please download PDF of withdrawal slip, fill, sign and fax.)
• Upon receipt of your instructions NDB Wealth shall redeem your investments in NDB Wealth Funds / Products and transfer to your SIA

Step 2 | Repatriation from SIA

• Please forward your withdrawal instruction by fax/e-mail to NDB Wealth Management.
